Our fondues with burners are not suitable to prepare meat in.
It has to do with the temperature that cannot be reached with our burner to cook your (raw) meat. You want to do that at 100 degrees (for broth) and 170 degrees (for meat fondue). Unfortunately, these temperatures cannot be reached with our current fondues. Fortunately, the electric fondue that will be coming soon will be able to do this! :-)
For now we would advise against meat fonduing. You can try Chinese fondue, but I would not use raw meat. Nice and veggie!
